How Can severe Joint Pain Along With Fatigue Be Treated?

My 8year old son has been suffering from achy joints ear infection fatigue muscle aches and now has serum illness due to allergic reaction to amoxicillin taken for the ear infection, can you give me idea of what my son might have? He had the stomach flu in December, pneumonia in January now an ear infection

Serum sickness due to antibiotics can cause this. But I feel that you need to consider the possibilities of -
1. Autoimmune disorder.
2. Immunodeficiency.

Please discuss these possibilities with his pediatrician and get him evaluated, please.
